The AIMS Journal of Management (AJM) is dedicated to areas of Management and its Research. More specifically, the Journal targets all aspects of Management. The AJM is a peer-reviewed journal. The purpose of this journal is to publish original contributions in its field in order to propagate knowledge among its readers and to be a reference publication.
Prospective authors should note that only original and previously unpublished manuscripts will be considered. Furthermore, simultaneous submissions are not acceptable. Submission of a manuscript is interpreted as a statement of certification that no part of the manuscript is copyrighted by any other publication nor is under review by any other formal publication. It is the primary responsibility of the author to obtain proper permission for the use of any copyrighted materials in the manuscript, prior to the submission of the manuscript to AJM.
Policy against simultaneous submission: Authors should ensure that the manuscript submitted to AIMS Journal of Management is not simultaneously submitted to any other journal or publisher. Similarly, it should not be submitted anywhere else during the pendency of the review process which would take 6 to 8 months. Once a manuscript is accepted by or published in AIMS Journal of Management, it becomes the property of AIMS, whose permission is required for any operations covered by the Copyright Act.
